Standardize and classify
We normalize business names, dates, locations, entity details, and industry signals so records from different jurisdictions can be searched in one consistent product.
Match public business details
Automated enrichment looks for publicly available websites and business contact details. We publish a match only when the evidence meets our checks; not every filing can or should be matched.
Keep the source facts visible
AI-assisted summaries are grounded in the filing and enrichment fields attached to that record. They are intended to make the facts easier to review, not to replace the official registry or assert facts we cannot verify.
What a filing does and does not tell you
A registration indicates that an entity or filing was recorded by a public agency. It does not prove that the business has launched, is actively operating, wants to buy a product, or is a new venture rather than a holding company or reorganization. Filing dates can also differ from the date a source publishes a record or the date we receive it.
That is why our public filing pages distinguish source facts from enrichment and why we encourage customers to filter, review, and personalize before making contact.
Automation with human accountability
Automation helps us process a large and frequently changing public dataset. It can still make mistakes. We monitor quality, restrict which records we recommend to search engines, and provide a direct process for corrections and removals. Significant methodology and coverage details are documented rather than hidden behind a sales form.

Corrections, questions, and business inquiries
If a public page is inaccurate, identify the URL and the field that needs correction. Business owners can also ask us to remove a listing. Product and methodology questions are welcome; clear feedback is one of the ways we improve the dataset.
