About Kaas Construction
Kaas Construction NY LLC was formed in New York on May 28, 2026, filed personally by the owner or manager, who also serves as the registered agent. The company is a general contractor in the construction industry, based in Brooklyn. Its website, first recorded here two days after filing, describes over 25 years of experience and lists three team members (Shah, Zawad, Su), suggesting a small, locally established operation. We estimate revenue between $100K and $1M, with 1, 5 employees, and it appears to be a brick-and-mortar business with a physical workspace and job sites. The website is modern, uses HTTPS, and has a 2025 copyright, indicating the site was built before the company was officially filed. No annual report or EIN on file yet. Notably, the owner filed personally rather than through a formation service, and the domain was registered before the filing, suggesting a planned launch.
- Filed personally by the owner, not through a formation service
- Website copyright 2025 predates the filing date, suggesting pre-launch planning
- Only three team members listed on the website, consistent with a micro-business

- Website is modern and uses HTTPS
- First recorded here just two days after filing
