Oishi Judo

Oishi Judo LLC was formed in New York on June 1, 2026, filed through Northwest Registered Agent, a formation service. The company operates a judo club in New York City, as confirmed by its website, which matches the LLC name and shows a real dojo at a physical address in Manhattan. The club appears to have been running since 1969, offering adult and children's classes with a $35 mat fee, suggesting a long-established, family-run operation. We estimate revenue between $100K and $1M, with 1 to 5 employees (the website lists a few instructors, including Sensei Oishi and others), and it is a brick-and-mortar storefront. The domain was registered on March 1, 1999, over 27 years before the filing, through Tucows Domains, indicating the business existed long before the LLC was formed. The website is outdated, with no mobile viewport, no copyright year, and a table-based layout, but it uses HTTPS. Notably, the same registered agent serves over 19,000 other entities, which is common for a service like Northwest Registered Agent. No annual report or EIN on file yet.
