About Clema
Clema Inc. was formed as a New York corporation on June 8, 2026, filed personally by the company itself as registered agent, no formation service or attorney was used. The company is in the industrial safety equipment space, specifically active cooling vests, and its website describes cooling vest manufacturing. The site is a modern Wix-built page with structured data and HTTPS, but it is in a pre-launch stage, showing only an early-access signup for Summer 2026. We estimate revenue under $100K and a team of 1, 5 employees, based on the pre-launch state and a team page listing only two co-founders. The footprint appears online-only; a Jersey City address is listed but seems to be a corporate office, not a storefront. The domain was live and verified by the time of filing, and the record was first captured here two days later, on June 10. Notably, the same address is shared with 104 other entities, which may indicate a virtual office or shared workspace. No annual report or EIN on file yet.

- Record captured two days after filing
