Iglesia Un Nuevo Comienzo

Iglesia Un Nuevo Comienzo is a Hispanic Christian church in Tampa, Florida, filed as a domestic nonprofit on June 25, 2026, in Florida. It was filed personally through an individual registered agent, Iranada, rather than through a formation service. The church has five officers listed: Javier A. Alicea Suliveras (President), Nancy Sanchez (Secretary), Pamela N. Rodriguez (Treasurer), Steve Rodriguez (Trustee), and Enid M. Rivera Miranda (Vice President). No annual report or EIN on file yet. The church appears to be a small, single-location congregation based on its website, which lists a physical address and mentions in-person Sunday services. We estimate annual revenue under $100,000 and 1-5 employees, typical of a volunteer-driven church with modest donations. Its footprint is brick-and-mortar. The domain was registered on April 14, 2015, over 11 years before the filing, suggesting the church had an online presence long before formal incorporation. The website is built with GoDaddy's Website Builder, uses structured data, and has a modern responsive design. It was first recorded here on June 30, 2026, five days after filing. Notable: The domain was registered 4,090 days before the filing, indicating a pre-existing ministry that recently formalized as a nonprofit. The registered agent, Iranada, also serves 46 other entities, which may be a shared service arrangement.
