Craft Kafe

Craft Kafe, operating as CRAFT 14701 LLC, was formed in Florida on June 3, 2026, by manager Jodianne D'Amelio. The filing was handled through ED AGENTS INC, a company acting as registered agent. The business is a gluten-free cafe in St. Petersburg, Hillsborough County, with a physical address on file. The website, registered on GoDaddy, was created over 12 years before the filing, on September 10, 2013, suggesting the domain was acquired long before the LLC was formed, possibly for an earlier venture or planning. The site is modern, built with a responsive CSS framework and structured data, though it uses HTTP only and has a copyright year of 2021. We estimate revenue between $100K and $1M, based on a full menu with typical cafe prices and a single physical location in St. Petersburg, with a mention of a 'Tampa Location' implying at least two sites. Employee count is estimated at 6 to 25, reflecting a small staff for a dine-in cafe serving breakfast and lunch. The footprint is brick-and-mortar. Notably, the domain was registered 4,649 days before the filing, indicating a long-standing web presence that predates the company's formal registration. The same registered agent represents 24,532 other entities, and the same address is shared by 7,485 others, which is common for formation services. No annual report is on file yet.
