Strong Box Logistics

Strong Box Logistics LLC was formed in Florida on May 28, 2026, by Omar Basulto Alvarez, who is listed as the Manager. The filing was done through an individual registered agent (Alvarez), meaning the owner filed personally rather than using a formation service. The company is categorized under Trucking and Logistics, specifically Box Truck Leasing, and its principal address is in Naples, Florida (Manatee County). No annual report or EIN on file yet. The business appears to be a newly formed logistics and truck leasing operation. Its website, a modern Squarespace site with structured data and responsive images, was registered on February 10, 2025, 472 days before the filing, suggesting the domain was secured well in advance of formal incorporation. The site is basic, with no pricing, fleet size, or customer reviews, and only about 1,046 characters of text, indicating a minimal online presence. We estimate the company generates under $100K in revenue and employs 1 to 5 people, based on the simple website and lack of team or operational details. It appears to be a brick-and-mortar operation, as the website lists a physical address in Marietta, GA, and the truck leasing category typically requires a physical location for vehicles. The domain was registered via Squarespace Domains over a year before the filing, which is notable for a new LLC and suggests advance planning. The registered agent (Alvarez) is shared by 257 other entities, indicating a common agent address used by many businesses.
