About Happy Nest Farms
Happy Nest Farms LLC was formed in Florida on June 2, 2026, by Stacie Stilinovic, who is listed as the Manager. The filing was done through an individual registered agent, not a formation service. The business is a sheep farm, categorized under Livestock Breeding, and appears to be a small-scale operation. Its website, registered at NameSilo in 2013, over 13 years before the filing, suggests the domain was acquired long in advance, though the site itself is dated, with a 2014 copyright and legacy markup. The LLC name matches the domain and business type, reinforcing the identity. We estimate annual revenue under $100K and 1-5 employees, based on the website's description of a family-run farm recovering from a forest fire, selling lambs, soap, and wool. The footprint is a physical farm with sheep, barns, and on-site production. No annual report or EIN on file yet. Notably, the same registered agent is used by 105 other entities, indicating a shared agent for many filings.
- Domain registered 13 years before the LLC filing, suggesting long-term planning or prior use.
- Website is dated (2014 copyright, legacy markup), indicating minimal recent updates.
- Same registered agent used by 105 other entities, common for bulk filings.
- No annual report or EIN on file yet, typical for a newly formed LLC.
- Owner Stacie Stilinovic is the sole officer and manager, consistent with a small family operation.
- Website identity matches the LLC name and business type, confirming the business's focus.
